So much attention to detail. It was new so everything was in perfect condition and comfortable. (Residence Inn down the road wasn’t as nice but only because it was older-worn and dated). Loved that there was a little restaurant. The menu was great. Wonderful staff.

The location is great for me. It's a couple of miles outside of town, but there are so many stores and restaurants nearby that makes everything so convenient. But most importantly, it's quiet. I really enjoy the backyard with a fire pit. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly, service-oriented staff. Property and rooms were immaculately clean. Excellent location - close to many dining options and not far from the center of Fort Collins. Free, safe parking.

We liked the host, Scott - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable. The outside courtyard was a nice touch. We used it twice within our 20-hour stay.

Location. Very quiet for working. Walkable for both food options and through nice residential neighborhoods.

Everything was nice and clean, staff was on point and made sure everything we needed was available. Location was prime for everything we planned to do during our stay.
